Production systems for individual processes

From pin production, pin assembly, twisting and welding of pin ends to impregnation of stators with drips and powder coating, we offer all steps from a single source.

Turnkey stator production

We offer complete turnkey solutions and production lines for electric motor manufacturing.

Thanks to our experience, Gehring develops technologies for efficient electrified powertrains. Gehring is represented in the key markets of the automotive and supplier industries. We are specialized in hairpin stator production , which enables higher power density and efficiency. With state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and highly qualified specialists, we offer customized solutions. In addition to hairpin stator construction, we support our customers with sample construction to test prototypes and pre-series models.
