Our prototyping department develops and builds prototypes and small series for traction drives in electrified vehicles based on hairpin technology. This includes the manufacturing and assembly of all mechanical components combined with strict quality controls after each step. For this purpose, we are equipped with all the necessary measuring technologies and test methods.
From technical development, design suitable for production, planning and production everything is carried out in-house. Whether it is the production of jigs and fixtures or the procurement of materials, our colleagues have the know-how to support you.
