The German Gehring companies, together with their provisional insolvency administrator, implemented the necessary adjustments in business operations within a short period of time. Strategically important customers and suppliers have expressed their confidence and confirmed further cooperation. Against this background, talks with possible investors are now starting. On 24.08. Tobias Wahl from anchor Rechtsanwälte in Stuttgart was appointed as the new provisional insolvency administrator. He succeeds Dr. Tibor Braun, who asked to be recalled for health reasons. With the immediate replacement and with the cooperation of the law firm of Dr. Braun, an orderly transition in terms of the continuation of the company is guaranteed.
