Precision and durability are the hallmarks of our tooling systems. Processes, designed by our experts, guarantee maximum cost-efficiency, defined surface structures and high-precision bore geometries.

Our tooling systems can be used on powertrainhone, lifehone as well as deephone machine series. Even machines from other manufacturers can be equipped with our high-quality tools!

PT Series

The PT multi-rip tooling system is designed for honing bores in a diameter range of 68-110 mm.

L-Series

Single strip tooling system L is specially designed for honing high-precision bores in a diameter range of 3-15 mm.

TN/TS series

The TN/TS series honing tools are used for honing bores in a diameter range of
from 5-1.000 mm.

Crank bore tool

The specially adapted bearing aisle tool enables machining of bores with the diameter range of 45-80 mm.

Bushing tool

The bushing tools designed for machine concepts enable machining of bores with Ø from 60-190 mm.

Gear wheel tool

The gear wheel tool is suitable for machining bores with Ø 20-60 mm and is characterized by the high-precision guidance of the infeed cone.

BAZ tool

Our high-precision Gehring honing tools, are individually designed for your requirements. We provide you with honing tools with adapted interface for your BAZ, the abrasives and the honing process directly from one source.

DH tooling system

The newly developed multi-stone honing tool DH is characterized by its wide range of applications. The DH series is used for honing bores in a diameter range of 37 – 600 mm. Larger diameter ranges (600 – 1.000 mm) can be requested from our sales team
