Every new Gehring machine is now delivered with the basic version of the Core software, older machines can be retrofitted. This allows you to retrieve a digital image of your machines online, at any time, because the Core makes it possible to retrieve and analyze production data in real time. With this production data, the program creates, for example, graphical evaluations that identify possible trends
for example, if quality characteristics of the parts deteriorate. This enables countermeasures to be taken at an early stage in order to ultimately minimize the scrap rate or, for example, prevent a machine from breaking down. As a purely passive program that merely receives and analyzes data, it has no way of intervening in the function of a machine.

In the event of a machine malfunction or failure due to a defective part, the machine transmits this malfunction to Core through its continuous data exchange. Both the user and your Gehring service team know about the processes and can search for the cause of the error with the support of the software. With the help of the spare parts store integrated in Core and individually adapted to the machine, the worn parts can be ordered directly online and replaced within the shortest possible time. Core is primarily a cloud-based application, enabling global, location-independent data access. Gehring works here with the Microsoft Azure Cloud. All Microsoft security standards ensure the protection of the data, and the data transfer from the machine to the cloud is completely encrypted.
