Machine Operation

Machine Operator Training modules are both designed as beginner and advanced modules. You will be able to professionally acquire or refresh detailed theoretical knowledge on the honing process and learn about the effective operation of Gehring honing machines (type independent). Within these courses, you will acquire knowledge on parts transportation, tool change, the gauging process and the required gauging equipment. The setting-up of honing machines, the creation of honing programs, extended honing parameter and the use of different parts- and tool-clamping will also be covered.

Additionally, we offer modules on customer specific equipment (i.e. vision or marking systems).
