The takeover is to be completed shortly in the course of the year. This will create the preconditions for overcoming the insolvency of Gehring, which was opened in October, after a short period of time by means of the transferring restructuring. The restructuring of the Gehring Group, which was already planned before the insolvency, is to be negotiated with employee committees in the next few weeks under the new framework conditions.
