Review of the Industry Day 2018

Yesterday the Industry Day 2018 took place in the Neckar Forum in Esslingen. The Industrietag is a company contact fair for students initiated by the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences.

Once again, the Gehring team did not miss the opportunity to advise. The students came from a variety of disciplines, mostly from the classical mechanical engineering, but there were also exotics, such as students of engineering education or of building, energy and environmental technology.

The company contact fair not only serves to search for positions for internships or direct entry, but should also offer the opportunity to find a bachelor's thesis. Thus, there were many interesting discussions.

Friendly talks and the exchange of ideas with the other exhibitors ended the Industry Day 2018. Finally, the stand was dismantled and our colleagues went to home and got their well-deserved rest.

At this point, we would like to thank the numerous students for the talks and the interest. Of course, a heartfelt thank you towards the Esslingen University, which always provided us with drinks, coffee and snacks.
