MY Story
EDUCATION IN PROFESSIONAL CAREER?
After successfully completing my studies at the RWTH Aachen University and promoting them at the machine tool laboratory of RWTH Aachen, I directly started my career at Gehring.
HOW TO GET TO GEHRING?
The current CEO Mr. Dr. Schöning, who also contributed to the machine tool laboratory at RWTH Aachen University, drew my attention to Gehring. Then I applied for a job and was taken directly.
WHAT ARE MY FUNCTIONS AT GEHRING?
I accompany internal restructuring processes in different areas of the company. This often involves the reduction of complexity and the streamlining of current processes. It is one of my tasks to report on the whole thing with controlling instruments and to report directly to management and shareholders.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT GEHRING?
We are a full-service provider and offer everything from a single source, from process development, to cutting tools and tooling, to complete honing systems and their support throughout the entire life cycle. This gives the company a very extensive know-how in the field of honing.
WHY WOULD I WORK WITH GEHRING?
I get daily insight into many areas of the company and have to deal with different colleagues. From the specialist departments to the management, I am on a regular exchange to bring the company steadily forward. I work in a great work environment with a very collegial co-operation
